As you all know weather plays vital role in the overall health. Going by nature’s way, adopting to climate change by modifying food and beauty regime will definitely help us to achieve the goals.
Now that the summer is here, here are some tips to make our skin glow and give a tough competition to Sun. hehe.

As every one knows, the heat drains out our body. So keeping our self hydrated is the key to survive summer.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Try on hydrating masks for couple of times in a week.
- Consume food which have more water content like cucumber, watermelon etc. to keep body cool.
- Try to reduce or avoid caffeinated drinks, as they dehydrate body even more.

Sunscreen Is Your Superhero:
In fact, not only summer but every season we need to use a layer of sun screen. I recently started using sun screen. All thanks to the super hot Sun.
Not only while stepping out, but sun screens should be applied and re applied every couple of hours even when you are indoor.
While looking for sunscreens, do look for the one with more PA factor along with SPF. I will write up a quick post about it soon.
Don’t Neglect Eyes and Lips:
This is the season which is ideal to flaunt those sun glasses. Wear a good quality sun glasses to protect eyes from harsh Sun rays and keep them cool. I said ‘good’ quality. Because, if you compromise with the quality, you will be harming your eyes more than doing any good to them.
Also do not forget to pamper yourself by placing cucumber slices on eyes to keep them cool and healthy this summer. This also helps in keeping dark circles away.
For lips, do invest in a good SPF lip balm. Because you don’t want to end up with dry and pigmented lips. Do you???
Protect Your Crown:
Hair is our crown. How can we neglect that??? When you step outside in the sun, don’t forget to protect them by wearing hats or scarfs.
We happen to sweat a lot in summers. This might make our scalp oily and cause scalp infections. Which will result in dandruff and hair fall. Washing them twice in a week at least, should help. If you face such problem this summer, do try these hair masks at home. Which will add that shine and make your hair summer ready.
Also, use good live in conditioner to avoid dry hair. Here are my recommendations.
