Things Which Are A Must In Your Handbags
Some of you had asked me for a quick list of ‘handbag essentials’. So here are the things which I think are essential for our day.
Ahh world runs by money at the end of the day. It’s nearly impossible to survive without a wallet. So, yes, the cute little pursw or wallet comes first.
In order to be ready for last minute plans, for regular touch ups, here we have this tiny little guy called makeup pouch. I usually have my foundation and eye makeup basics like kajal, eyeliner and mascara. Needless to say, being lipstick lover, I always always carry minimum 2 shades of lipsticks. One for office wear and one for party types. You know, those sudden dinner plans…!!!
Especially, if you are long haired gal, you definitely can’t survive windy day with your hair left open. Even on bad hair days, tying your hair up can just help you feel better. So, I always carry hair stick with me. In case, you wanna know how I use them to tie my hair, watch this video.
Sitting in air conditioned environment can indeed make your skin and hair dry. Hands being the most exposed part of our body, they tend to get effected more. Thus a good hand cream can help you maintain the much needed moisture. I love trying different hand creams. But one from the brand Fab India is my favorite, like forever.
Just like hands, lips need good hydration too. So, applying good lip balm once in a while is necessary. I love this juicy balm from the brand the body shop.
I used to carry hanky. But I end up misplacing them. So, I opt for these tiny, travel friendly tissues.
We end up with hell lot of germs on hands throughout the day. Before consuming food or touching face, it’s preferred to sanitize your hands. Thus I carry this mini sanitizer always.
Sanitary pads or tampons:
Ahh those days. They can come anytime. It’s always better to be prepared. So carrying sanitary pads or tampons can be a good thing to avoid inconvenience.
It’s always a great idea to carry a travel size perfume with you. Because you want to smell good even after traveling in public transport or after a long day at work.
Those stinking odor is such a turn down. To avoid getting embarrassed, carry mint.
I always carry a thin scarf with me. This can be used to cover your face and hair, to save them from pollution and sun rays. Plus, in case you encounter some wardrobe malfunction, this scarf can be of some use. You never know.
So this is my list of ‘must things’. Hope this helps you organise your handbag.
