Instagram has been a Mini version of Google. Where you can search people or any post which interests you based on categories or hashtags. Be it fashion, makeup, movies, animals, hobbies anything. You name it and Instagram has it. I must say I am kind of addicted to Instagram because of some of the amazing accounts I have come across. So I thought of listing the accounts I love based on some categories.
So today I’m gonna list out some of the accounts which inspire me to be fit. It might sound funny but it always works for me – There are days when I don’t feel like getting up and going to the gym. I just open Instagram and check these accounts to get a quick inspiration.

The best part about this account is, she usually posts quick videos about easy exercises which you can do even at home without using any equipments. Plus she also shares quick tips how to make an exercise even more effective. Don’t forget to notice how she makes an exercise look way more interesting.

Malaika, the Bollywood Diva, the hottest mom. I mean just look at her. Isn’t she just perfect? Whenever I look at her pictures, all I can think of is #BodyGoals. I am bowled over by her fitness level. She does posts videos and pictures of her workouts. Yesterday, she has started her own yoga studio which she has named as The Diva yoga. With which she meant is, with regular yoga and exercise anybody can become a Diva. So you can expect a lot more yoga videos and pictures coming up to inspire you.
Jacqueline is a Bollywood actress with fit body, amazing skin and hair. With a smile which is infectious. She has learned pole dancing as a part of fun and a great physical activity. Going through her social media page, the best part about Jacqueline is she is always happy and smiling, ummm rather laughing. I happen to see one of her interviews. Where she had mentioned that she can’t be sad for more than few seconds. Because within those few second she’ll ask herself whether the thing which is weighing her down is going to matter after 5 years. If the answer is no she knows exactly what she needs to do, laugh. If you see her Instagram account you do get inspired to be fit and of course to be happy for no reason.
Katrina Kaif is called as Barbie doll of Bollywood. She even has a line of Barbie dolls which are named after her. Initially Katrina was just a symbol of beauty but now with her changed lifestyle and fitness level she is also become a symbol of fitness now. As I said she is one of the clients of Yasmin. Noopura is a Singapore based fitness blogger. You can see a lot of videos and posts about exercises and diet, on her Instagram account as well as on her blog. I just love her account because, be it indoor or outdoor activities, she explains every exercise why and how to do it in order to get most out of it. Plus she shares a lot of recipes which are very healthy. Frequency of the posts related to fitness and exercise is quite regular, like everyday. This keeps me inspired constantly. The best part about Noopura is you can ask any doubts related to fitness and exercise to her through Instagram DMs. She answers you as quickly as possible with a quick and very good explanation. I’m glad I found a friend in her who is very kind and inspires me to be fit.
Out of many more inspiring accounts, these are my top 5. Which I quickly check in order to inspire myself to do some physical activities and be the best version of myself. Do check these accounts and follow them if you need those daily dose of inspiration.
